There are so many questions that need to be answered before I can even attempt to give a range of reasonable dispositions. 1) Any prior record ? 2) Federal or State Court ? Did he/she know the bills were fake when they attempted to pass them ? Did he/she have a persvription for the pills that was current ? Depends on the specific charges filed, whether they are federal or state charges, but either way they are 'big time' felonies. She needs to not speak to authorities, and hire an attorney who can advise her once he knows what she is facing. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me.
