If I was convicted with a DUI in OK. would the ruling be reciprocal in VA?

Not reciprocal, but at some point your DUI conviction in Oklahoma would likely
come to the attention of Virginia DMV authorities with likely (adverse) consequences for your driving privileges in the Commonwealth.
