i just got a final order to pay a monthly child support payment plus arrearages and i am appealing the order. i was told i have to pay an appeal bond for the arrear in ordr to appeal the order. do i have to also pay the monthly child support payment while on appeal. what to do if i can not afford to pay the monthly payments since the judge included a loan as part of my income.

Yes, and, if you fail to pay the current support you could be found in contempt of court.
