Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

i was supended for 1 year of speeding 30khp it was my 1st ticket and i was dehydrated at that time i just had a baby 7 months ago and i have 4 small kids under the age of 10 my husband is on the ship working, and i have nobody but myself to take of everything in the house and my kids school. how would i apeal to recover my driving license back to me, it is so difficult for me and my kids to go by bus to school and groceries by taxi, we cannot afford it. pls help me with an advice so i can apeal this to the court. thank you very much.

You must appeal the decision of the general district (traffic) court

within 10 days; otherwise you forfeit your right

to appeal.

I do not understand, however, as to how your license could've

possibly been suspended for one year under the facts that

you've outlined.
