Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Change Custody back

My husband and his Ex went through a mediator for custody of their three kids. She gave them over to him and pays child support. It has been two years now and it has become very clear that one of the children had been doing much better under her care. Her home is much more structured then ours is, and he needs someone to tell him what to do, how to do it step by step. He is now having behavioral issues in school, he is 14 and he bit another child recently. The other two children are doing wonderful in our home and have matured and are doing great in school. Past having discussion of his best interest between the two parents, would they just need to set up a meeting with the mediator to change the paperwork and review support ?

Re: Change Custody back

The mediator would likely be a good place to start in order to modify the current custodial/support mediated arrangements.
