Child Custody Amendment

I am writing to request information regarding a child custody amendment.

I divorced a year ago and have since remarried. My ex-husband and I agreed child custody to be shared. However, I have reason to change this agreement.

We received our divorce in Virginia, but since both of us have moved to different areas of Tennessee. I understand I need to file to have my divorce decree moved from VA to TN before I can continue with amending my child custody agreement.

Do you supply the forms for these types of processes?
