Am I gojng to need a lawyer for my child custody case if my husband is incarcarrated for child support from his first marriage?

Custody can be fairly complicated, even where the opposing party may be incarcerated and, consequently, would appear to be at a clear disadvantage in such a suit, and, therefore, if at all possible, it would be advisable for you to hire a lawyer to represent you in your proposed custody suit.
