Child support & Separation agreenment

Does child support and alimony money will be included as form of income if I want to qualify for government help such as WIC??

Do I need a separation agreenment drafted to show other people proof that I'm separated?

Can I ask my husband to give me money for child support w/o a separation agreenment?

Yes, I believe such income is considered in doing a so-called means test of an applicant for government assistance.
