Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
My children's father is not making court ordered child support payments and his employer isn't complying with iwo. Child support enforcement will not take action against him until he goes 90 days without making a payment so he made one partial payment. What action can I take?

You should hire an attorney who is familiar with DCSE (Division of Child Support Enforcement) and
its rules and procedures and who is willing to take appropriate action to enforce your court-ordered
child support which apparently remains persistently delinquent.
