Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
Civil Rights or Code Violations
My 2001 divorce, left me in the lurch. I was under treatment for mental illness for 5 yrs before he left. Dr notes say I had no sense of reality and no judgement. I was futher set back by the death of my Mom in 99. My health was my issue, he did not invlove himself or our 3 sons, who for 15 years heard of how I chose my illness. Laziness! I was over medicated, and today after 4 years I am 100% recovered, but the drugs have taken a toll on my body as has the stress.. FPO manufactured ect, then in May I learned he owes $266,000. and has a lein by the IRS, dating back to 95! He does not grace me with proof of his payments, and has poisoned our kids. He is an evil man, with money to pohibit me from finding local leagal help.
And I have lost 2 times in court, as both lawyers did not discuss my former heath issues. Miller V Miller 2008 Va Supreme Court.
My income is in jepordy, and he snears as he has the connections and money to cover himself.
Though in debt from 3 years of no medical care, and making a now non existant middle income, I fall in the ''cracks'' My case could make law, I am aware of that, and I do not have $250.00 per hour to hire help.
So What else do I write of my experience?

Perhaps, one of the low cost legal aid providers in the Commonwealth such as Northern Virginia or Blue Ridge Legal Aid Services could assist you with an attorney.
