Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

VA Wills

My grandfather is 88 and has had his will made for 15+ years, He is currently in Rehab for falling and breaking a hip,Grandmother is 83 with Altimrizers,Uncle is telling him that my Dad had them put in rehab nursing home, which was not the case. The hospital said they could no longer live alone. Now he was to change his will cutting out my Dad who is the oldest son,and the one who does everything for them, to include checking on them 6+ times a day, grocery shopping, giving them medicines, feeding and attending to his cattle. Can his will be legally changed at this point?

Re: VA Wills

Yes, as long as grandfather is still alive he can change his will, but your father would be well advised to consult with an attorney now who handles wills and probate matters to determine what should be done now to facilitate the challenge to the will once your grandfather passes,

should such become necessary.
