custody/remarriage/home

My ex and I have been apart for 3 years. I am getting remarried. My ex and I have been in a custody battle for a year now. We currently have a 60/40 split. I want primary physical. I am still in the marital residence, however, I plan on moving out of the school district. If I sell him the marital residence will that give him more advantage with the custody fight?
