I nedd to get my daughters last name change ASAP to my married name for school, medical etc. The biological father doesn't pay child support but added his name to her birth cert. How do I get her name change if he doesn't want to comply what step do I need to take he lives in florida and I'm stationed overseas. I am running our of time she starts school this year.

You can go to local Courthose and request fo child support. If he lives in Florida or any other State, is not a problem. You only must show birth certificate.
For get a name's change is necessary his agreement. Also, is necessary contact to a local Attorney because you need file a legal process.
