Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My divorce was granted in Virginia. My ex-husband is not in compliance with court ordered tax payments on retired military pay division of property as set forth in our divorce decree. I now reside in Florida. Can I seek help through the Florida courts, or must I go through the court in VA Bch where our divorce was granted?

No, your best approach is to seek enforcement of these orders directly

through the Virginia circuit court which entered them as part of your divorce (in my opinion).
