I feel being married to my husband I should be his payee not his sister need help in changing it he cannot think for himself I always have to help him.

I f your husband's sister is acting as his guardian or conservator, then there will have to be

a change in the court's order which ordered the sister to be the payee. If the sister is

willing, the change could be effected by her consent, but if she is not willing then the

matter would be contested and likely require an evidentiary hearing before the court.
