Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

"I am already going to file a "show cause motion" for not allowing me liberal and reasonable visits as stated in court order.

I want to petition for custody. Can i use the fact that the ones that was granted custody has not had the child in there home, they have left her at the babysitter/great grandparents and the great grandmother has Lupus, which could be endanger the kid unintentionally ...Is this a "material change"?

No, probably not (in my opinion) if only for babysittings.
