I am getting married and my ex-husband decides to call me a couple of days before I get married and threatened to sue me for money is that was accrued during our marriage he says that he is waiting for us to get married so we can sue my husband is he able to do this

Sure, let the SOB sue your new husband who will then be able to advise the

court that he has no obligation to pay this particular debt in your behalf and then ask

the court to dismiss the case against him which should then do so without further ado.
