I'm married for 4yrs and purchased a home after 2months of marriage.Deed in my name only and paid all bills myself because he couldn't keep a job and when he did only was enough for food. Now legally separated and want to know if he has any rights to my house if we divorce?

It's possible that your spouse from whom you're now separated might claim that he made material contributions to the property which also contributed to the increase in its value and therefore he should have a valid marital claim in the property subject to an equitable distribution in any divorce action which may ensue.
