Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Trying to help a teen

I am an adult whom a teenage girl has confided in me about her problems at home. She is 16 years old soon to be 17 and is wanting to leave home because of constant problems. She is a bright girl whom makes good grades and has great plans for the future and I want to help. What are the steps in which she has to take to divorce her parents so to speak, I have heard of this and want to help her. I am willing to give this girl a home and financially provide for her thru the rest of her high school and college education I just don't know where to start. Thank you for any advice you can give me.

I would suggest that you: myob.
