Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Not wanting to represent

I am beginning to go through a nasty divorce and received a letter from my ex husbands lawyers saying they want their appearance to be deleted from the records.

What does this mean? My lawyer is super busy and can't back in touch with me until next week.

They're asking to withdraw as counsel either because she didn't pay them or they have different opinions about what is the best for the case.
