my ex wife and i share custody of our 3 children . she gets them every other week and so do i we keep them one week at a time. however, my exwifes boy friend has been introduced to my children so much so that my oldest 13 year old daughter is texting him on twitter telling him stuff and ending conversations with love u and his replies the same love u too. this boy friend is theguy my exwife cheated on me with in our marriage and left me for . my children havent said anything to me about this guy. my question is is this relationship that my exwife is allowing with her boyfreind ok? Or can i do something about it? like a restraining order and use it in court to gain primary care of my children. I live in spotsylvania county VA
