If there is a executor of a will (state of VA), what is the legal amount of time for it to be read to the beneficiaries??

No particular time required by law that I am aware of for this particular exercise. (Once the will is on file with the court as a part of the pending probate case, the beneficiaries are free to go to the court and review it as often as they may wish.)
