x-Husband wont let us stay

I;m divorced both our names are on the deed we had a property settelment said he has the option to stay in the home until sold he is remarried has another home do i have the right to stay in the home with my two children until sold also i never had the last page of the agreement notorized I got a letter from his lawyer saying it was not valid unless i took it back to the notary i did not he has locked us out of the resident some of our belongings are in the house
