Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
Our apartment has a golf cart used for maintenance purposes. My son (almost 3 years old) was being watched by a teenager. The toddler ran off and climbed into the golf cart that was left next to the playground. The keys were in it and the child crashed the cart into a tree.
Who is responsible in this instance?
