Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
bought a piece of farm equipment from a farm auction, paid and got a bill of sale. now they want it back, said the man selling wants more money. do I have to give it back?

Hang on to that bill of sale; you may need it in case this disgruntled seller
decides to file suit. (However, in the meantime, if everything is "legit" with
respect to your side of this controversy, I doubt that you have much to worry about.)
