defremation
a female I had sex with is claiming to be pregnant with my child, but will not provide any proof. If she turns out not to be pregnant can I sue her for deframation?

Sure, one can always sue, but under these facts you probably could not win a suit for defamation in the Commonwealth(in my opinion).
