If I own a dog with an ex and I have the registration in both names and he is refusing me access to that dog, What Civil litigation form do I need to fill out. I am located in Virginia, specifically Dinwiddie County.

Is there a final divorce incorporating a property settlement which includes
marital personal property, i.e., the dog? ( Merely having this dog registered
in both names may not necessarily be dispositive of the issue as to who
really (legally) owns this dog.)
