Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Libel?

In a letter from a real estate agent about my termination of the rental lease, he said on company letterhead, '' I am disgusted by the way you left the property and I find the way you skipped out on the lease and the condition you left the property in to be completely disrespectful to myself & the property owner & speaks volumes about the type of person you are.'' He goes on about skipping out on the lease which I did not. I submitted a letter and faxed within the proper 60 day time requirement. Many people in the office saw this letter and totally embarrassed me. Is there anything I can do legally?

Re: Libel?

No. The letter was sent to you. Who you let see it after that was your doing, not his.
