Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Vehicle

I recently financed a vehicle in my name only for my fiance. He has agreed to pay all monies back to the lien holder and all applicable monies due such as insurace, taxes etc. What form do I use so that I have something in writing where we can both sign that he agrees to pay the vehicle in full?

Re: Vehicle

No particular form is required for this situation.

Just write it out (or computer type) on a piece of 8 1/2 by 11" paper entitled Agreement or Contract at the top, clearly identifying the parties and the subject of the agreement, including in plain English the terms which you've referenced in your question, and a place for both signatures and date at the bottom, which you both can then sign in front of a notary who can then affix her seal to the contract/agreement, making it fully official.
