Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
I came to the US in 2001 with my husband and children on a F-2 Visa. My husband and I divorced a couple of years later. I have nobody back in my country (South Korea) so I have been here ever since. My children are both over 21. My Visa is expired but I made my life here. What can I do? I dont have anyone back in Korea that can support me. I have been in the US for over 8 years.

I understand that you and your children came to USA on F-2 dependent Student visas.
At this time, there is nothing that you can do to become a legal resident.
It appears that you have been out of status for many years (after you divorced your F-1 Student husband). Your children are out-of-status as well.
At this time, neither one of you is eligible to become a resident. It's also impossible to change to any other non-immigrant status because you've been out-of-status for so long.
If you remarry again and marry a US citizen, then you might be able to adjust status.
