Ive been in the U.S for 20 years i am now 22 years old im in removal process right now out on $10,000 bond with immigration i am married to a U.S citizen with a 2 year old daughter and i have 3 marijuana charges what should i do whats the best thing for me to do i dont want to go back to my country

You should consult or hire a qualified immigration attorney who can advise you and attend court hearings with you.
Do you have 3 drug related charges OR 3 convictions? Was it for drug possession or trafficking, etc? An attorney will need to review those convictions before advising you.
