Can I divorce my wife who has alzheimers without her concent ? She is independently wealthy and will be taken care of regardlessly by her lawyers, her hospital staff and her trust fund. Of course I would help her also

Yes, you can file for divorce without your mentally impaired wife's consent, but if she's incapable of making her position on the divorce known to the court having jurisdiction over the matter, a guardian ad litem or other attorney may have to be appointed by the court to represent what her interests may be in the matter to the court or what she believes her interests to be, if she is mentally capable of such and is able to explain it to an attorney advocate.
