Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

I am applying for US citizenship; I have a question on form N-400 Good moral character. MY driving license is in a good standing now but in 2000 my driver license got suspended for 6 months for speeding / reckless and a fine of $500. (I did receive few more speeding tickets few years back but all of them are less than $500 ) I am not sure how to answer these "Good Moral Character" questions on N-400: and what document I need to provide to them (should I send it with N-400 application or take with me on interview) any help would be greatly appreciated.

You shall answer the truth. If fine was $500 or above, or it was a drug or alchohol related traffic offence, you have to provide certified court documents as well. Yes, copies should be mailed with the application.

Here, on a public forum, I cannot tell you whether you have to answer yes or no to each question.
