Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

I am applying for K1 visa for my fiance in Pakistan. She is a widow. Her name before marriage is Sadia Tariq which is also on her birth certficate. After her marriage she changed the name to Sadia Mahmood which is on her passport. Now what name should I use on form I129F and form G325A.

My second question is if I use her 'after marriage' name, can that be changed once she gets in states and I apply for her green card?

These are very case-specific questions that can't be properly answered on a public forum.

In general, you have to disclose ALL names ever used. Her current legal name is the name she is using on her official documents (passport, etc). As a married woman, she will have an option of taking your surname.
