Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

i m us citizen,ny husband has deportation, he has criminal records which is now cleared, we have us born child. if he gets deported how soon can he get back on my and us born child's basis?

It depends on what criminal convictions he has, why he is being deported (or was deported). He may be or may not be able to come back to USA. If he is an "aggravated felon", it means permanent inadmissibility. Convictions even expunged are still considered convictions for immigration purposes. You shall review his deportation order and consult an immigration attorney if you haven't retained one already.
