Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

Hi,

I have a small question I applied for change of status from H4 - F1 in USA.I got approved and Joined in school for spring 2010.Now I am planning to visit India for my summer vacation.Will there be any problem when I go for stamping in India.If I get F1 rejecting what are my option.I don't have my H4 any more because my husband is working on his EAD.

This is not a small question. Yes, if your F-1 visa is denied, you will not be able to come to USA on a long-term basis until your green card is approved. However, if you are a legitimate student attending college, why do you think your F1 visa application will be denied?
