employee suspension

i recently got suspended from work for having an illegal substance in my vehicle that i have had for five days. i was out of work for a month until it went to trial. the case got dismissed and all charges were dropped. so my question is am i able to get compensation for the 4 weeks that i missed from work due to the suspension?

No, not unless you're working under a contract of employment which would provide for your compensation under this kind of contingency.
