What can i do to collect pat due rent - now 3 months = $1700.00?can i attach their appliances that are still in the house?

No, you cannot attach any of the tenant's personal property for the back rent

without first going through the proper legal procedures required for such attachment.

If the tenants are still occupying the rental property, you must start with a 5 day

pay or quit notice(if not already served) and then proceed with the

filing of the warrant for unlawful detainer in your local general district court.
