My cousin owns a mobile home but rents the lot. She let this woman she knows who said she was homeless stay for a few days on and off throughout this summer. On Nov. 3 my cousin was incarcerated in jail. She told the woman that she would have to find another place to go. My cousin told her not to let anyone into the house that wasn't allowed. and not to let her dog run throughout her home. As of December 9 woman hasn't left she has had several people in the home and is letting dog run throughout home. Within last few days she has been told by telephone call from my cousin to leave. My cousin has gave permission to her boyfriend to go into home and just check on home. Her friend and myself also has had permition to go collect mail and just check on home. We all three have took turns daily going by checking on the house and asking the woman to leave. The unwanted woman has not paid any rent, paid any bills. She also has moved in personal belongings of her own. What do we have to do to get this woman out of the home. As of November 2 the woman wasn't receiving any mail at this home. Please let me know ASAP what we can do. Thank you.

Whenever your cousin is released from jail, she will need to go to the local
general district court (civil division) to file the paperwork necessary to have
this guest turned squatter evicted from her mobile home.
And, if per chance, your cousin is not due for release
any time soon, then she should consider appointing you with a
limited Power of Attorney (POA) authorized to file the paperwork described above
in her behalf and, if necessary, to represent her at any court
hearings that may be necessary in this matter.
