eviction

i was given a court date and i was asked to fax my complaint. i wasnt able to and upon going to court i was told i could appeal. ihave to have a appeal bond whats that? I was never able to present my evidence!

I do not understand your question. Why were not allowed to present evidence? Who did you fax your complaint to?

You might call the court clerk's office about any bond. The bond should be minimal, if any at all.
