Landlord question
I have defaulted on my on my monthly licensing business agreement and my landlord is in the process of legal litigation. I am unaware as to how many days I may have to vacate or if the landlord can close the doors without me knowing�

You should review your agreement for clues/answers to your questions, but it's unlikely that your landlord could simply "close the doors" on your business without proper advance notice to you and a valid order from a court of proper jurisdiction.
