mold in apartment and unannounced walk-ins

I live alone with my two kids, renting from an aparment in a very nice area of Midlothian V.A. But there is mold growing in my room and in my son's room.

Mold is everywhere. The question is how extensive it is and whether it is making you sick, etc. It can make some people very sick. If you can not work this out yourself and/or the landlord or owner will not remedy the situation, you might consider consulting or hiring an attorney who can talk to the landlord or owner for you.
