Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
I am not able to pay my rent. I have been staying in this apartment complex for 11 months. This is the last month on my lease and I do not have the funds to pay this month. My job ended and I have not been able to find another job. What is the timeframe before the apartment can evict me? I live in Fairfax, VA.

Probably, something like 45--60 days would be a rough estimate(depending upon how fast the complex is willing to act on the eviction, the general district court can docket the case, and the Sheriff serve the papers).
