Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
We Signed a years lease. Because of medical problems the EMS has been here twice in our first month of the lease. The lease states that we are not to disturb the neighbors.
Our landlord Says that we disturbed the neighbors when the EMS came here and gave us a 30 day notice.
Is this legal?
