Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

when there is a rental and nothing in writing except a verbal 30 day rental and the rental is in default and when a judge grants immediate possession of the porptery within 72 hours and then allows an appeal granting 10 days to place a $2,100 bond, what is our rights to obtain that immediate possession? The police have been called several times and I took one accusation along with most all of the incidents to the magistrate in the interium of all of this.

Your right to obtain immediate possession of this rental unit would appear to have been stayed by the same judge granting the tenant 10 days to provide a

$2100 bond in order to perfect his appeal of the judge's initial decision

in the matter.
