Renting

I signed a lease last year that was up on July 31 but we have to move July 15. They gave me an extention untill the 31 but 2 days ago they called and said i had to be out by the 15th, My new lease starts the 1st of august and its already been signed, do i stay in the apt because i already paid for the whole month of july and they are not giving me pro rated rent, what should i do, because i have nowhere to go and i have to work i'm a student at college and my family is in new york, i would miss 10 days of work and half a months rent, what should i do?

No, if your landlord previously gave you an extension of time to stay in the unit until the end of the month and you've already paid for it, you should be legally entitled to stay there until then(no matter what they're now telling you).
