Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Virginia

I was recently released from a drug court program on oct. 7 2009 after being there for four years,they told me and others that we no longer had to report back or come to the program their exact words were that we were done,finished.the thing we had to do was report to court on nov. 4 2009.on oct.20 2009 i recieved a phone call from them asking me to come in for a random drug test,in which i did not do.can i get into any trouble for not going,because after all they said i was finished with the program

Yes, you could get in trouble for not reporting for the random drug test since your probation would appear to extend until at least Nov. 4, 2009.
