Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Virginia

a 23 yr old man fell from a 19 story high rise building, around 3;43am the body did not get to the medical examiner office until 7:00 am Sat.( he had met a girl no one knows after leaving her or maybe she was with him 3 cars got hit the car they was in looked totaled) the autopsy was not done until Mon 7:45am Is that to late to get a accurate report ( checking to see if he was given something in his drink?
