Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Virginia

dangerous prescription

i went to a foot doctor about feet swelling and hurting. he took ex-rays and claimed it was aethritis, which i do not beleive. he knew i had been under a heart doctors care, yet he gave me a prescription for anti-inflamatory pills that said on side effects that they could cause death if you had heart trouble. does this seem right? the pills were diclofenac =generic for voltaren. would this be neglicience or what? ty

Before you conclude negligence here, you would be well advised to seek the opinion of another medical professional competent to address the issue, which in this case would appear to be another podiatrist.
