Suing Toyota

I was in a car accident I was doing about 50 mph and I got into a wreck and my 97 Toyota Camry my front end is seriously damaged and my AIRBAGS did not deploy. I was in the er for stomach pain and my airbags were turned on. How do I pursue this lawsuit!!!!

Before you think of suing Toyota, you might want to check first into the last time these 11 year old airbags were checked for possible malfunction and servicing.
